Adidas Enlist Groot, Kermit & More for Stan Smith "Being Green" Pack

To celebrate Adidas' creation of "Primegreen", a high performance recycled material, the brand have put together the upcoming Stan Smith Primegreen “Character Pack.”

The collection sees the classic Stan Smith style reinterpreted through different "green" characters including Kermit the Frog, Wall-E, Rex from Toy Story, Groot, The Incredible Hulk, Monsters Inc.'s Mike Wazowski and Tinkerbell.

The back heel of each shoe references the song “It’s Not Easy Bein’ Green”, originally sung by Kermit on The Muppet Show as well as the eco-friendly "Primegreen" recycling initiative.

There is also a matching green themed capsule collection of hoodies, tees, bags, caps and socks featuring the characters in the familiar Stan Smith box branding

The adidas Stan Smith Primegreen “Character Pack” releases from Sunday March 28th via Adidas and select retailers.
