Gallery Dept. X Ugg Connect on Cowboy Boots & Upcycled Slippers in Second Joint Outing

Following on from its debut Ugg collaboration earlier this year, Gallery Dept. is linking up with the Aussie slipper specialists for the second time, ditching the rhinestones and paint splatters in favour of Cowboy style versions of Ugg’s signature shearling-lined footwear.

With the makeshift motive of Gallery Dept. still very much in play, the upcoming capsule uses upcycled materials sourced from surplus denim and canvas fabrics that feature on the patchwork Gallery Dept. X Ugg boot and low-cut Tasman models.

Still banging the western drum, Gallery Dept.’s reimagining of traditional loungewear sees Ugg’s elevated design reconfigured to receive a southern businessman makeover, resulting in ornate contrast stitching overlayed on durable leather uppers.

The boots’ branding hits come in the form of stacked tags on the heel, where the Tasman specifically features a bright orange patch on the collar.
