Heavy Leathers Dictate Supreme's Fall Winter ‘23 Outerwear Lineup

With each new Supreme season, in addition to a new crop of box logo sweatshirts and graphic tees comes an equally buzz-worthy set of jackets and coats.

Heading to the outerwear aisle, Tremaine Emory’s penchant for cotton rounded garments translates from his own firm Denim Tears, with supremely Supreme takes on classic cuts, presented in luxe fabric options, with no shortage of leather and Gore-Tex styles present in ‘Preme’s FW/ 23 collection.

Traditional designs like the varsity and work jackets tap into the collegiate approach of Tremaine Emory, whilst remaining unequivocally ‘Supreme’ on pieces like the Wool work jacket that’s lined with a cozy layer of faux fur and reinforced with ribbed cuffs and hems. 

A collaboration with Schott reappears, this time denoting a Supreme x Schott Shearling Bomber Jacket that oozes class with its suede sheepskin construction and shearling lining. The jacket is available in a classic tan, black and red.

Another collaborative leather offering shows an instantly eye-catching painted leather biker jacket, produced exclusively by Japanese imprint Blackmeans, complete with a vertical Japanese script on the sleeve and all the trimmings one would expect from a proper, old-school leather biker.

In a stacked line-up, singular Supreme pieces like the Faux Fur bomber and ’Pins’ range perfectly encapsulate Supreme’s eccentric approach to Americana.

It wouldn’t be a wintertime Supreme outing without the input of several Gore-Tex laden options and whether its the Infinium-packed hoodies, sweats and dungarees or the classic hard-shell complete with a detachable fleece liner, Supreme’s stock in the gorp-world only becomes more valuable .

The Supreme Spring Summer 2023 season is set to begin in stores and online this Thursday 17th August. Available in Japan from Saturday 19th August.

Meanwhile Supreme are set to open their first location in South Korea, with the official store opening believed to coincide with the beginning of the Fall Winter 2023 season in Asia on Saturday 19th August.

Located in the trendy Gangnam district, the store is set to open at 648 Sinsa-Dong, Gangnam-Gu, Seoul.
