New Balance X Salehe Bembury 574 “Yurt” Release Information

Salehe Bembury is taking full advantage of his partnership with New Balance, despite working in the industry for many years, it was a 2002r release that struck a chord with consumers. The freshest fruit beared from the Bembury tree reveals a duo of New Balance 574 ‘Yurts’ that boast some of the more 'out-there' features you’ll see on a sneaker.

The 574, which is available in grey and green/navy, has been completely transformed to emulate the shape and essence of a tent used for centuries by travellers of the wild. The base of the shoe details a pebble-dashed midsole, filled with ABZORB technology, the upper portion is constructed of latticed mesh, behind rough suede and leather inner-mudguards.

The most intriguing update to the 574 is the whistle situated on the heel, an eccentric addition that will surely come in handy on spring hikes or if you just feel like causing a scene in the function.

Releasing alongside the footwear is a selection of tees, sweats, trousers and outerwear, as well as this kimono jacket that fits in perfectly with the hippie-like vibe of the collection.
