Official Images Of The Nike x Off-White AF1 "University Gold"

Teased since early 2020 and with a Summer release potentially on the horizon, we finally have a closer look at the upcoming Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1 "University Gold".

The shoe takes a similar approach to the 2019 Off-White™ Air Force 1 "University Blue" with an all over coloured upper and sole in bright "University Gold" yellow. It also features the same Swoosh detail in foiled "Metallic Silver" as well as the signature Off-White tag and "AIR" branding on the side of the sole.

The shoe's blue MCA counterpart saw an extremely exclusive release last year, available at live events including via ComplexCon Chicago and SNKRS Stash locations.

The shoe's release is rumoured to coincide with the launch of Virgil's upcoming exhibition Virgil Abloh: “Figures of Speech” at the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston (ICA) this July.

Abloh has designed a collection of apparel and some limited edition Off-White™ pieces specifically for the event, launching online and at the "Church & State" pop-up store available at the ICA exhibition celebrating the public opening on the 3rd of July. Proceeds from the collection benefit the ICA’s artistic and educational programs. 

Release details for the Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1 "University Gold" are not yet confirmed but a release around the launch of the Virgil Abloh: “Figures of Speech” exhibition in July is a possibility.
