Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Is Heading for a $1 Billion Year

Rolex's Certified Pre-Owned programme is scaling fast. Morgan Stanley, using WatchCharts data and reported by WatchPro, estimates RCPO sold about $229 million in Q3 2026, up 61% year-on-year and 30% on the quarter, across roughly 10,300 watches.
That takes the first nine months of 2026 to about $550 million, against an estimated $490 million for all of 2025 and just $6 million in Q1 2023. If Q4 matches Q3, 2026 lands near $780 million, putting the programme on course to top $1 billion in 2027.
The network now spans 167 retailers worldwide, up from 157 at end of June. About 12,390 watches were listed at end of September, with a median asking price near $18,000 and a median premium of 23.1% over non-CPO secondary pieces. Notably, estimates differ: EveryWatch put H1 2026 at $385 million versus roughly $319 million from Morgan Stanley/WatchCharts.
