Palace has revealed a fresh round of in-house statements for the fifth drop from its Autumn 25 collection.

The latest offering from Palace sees the brand undertake yet another love letter to various codes of the American wardrobe, culminating in full-blown sports kits and bold graphic styles that proudly represent two imaginary institutions cooked up by the label, alongside a remixing of themes associated with workwear and traditional hunting garb.

Fans can finally sing “Sweet Home Palabama” this week, as Palace worms its moniker into the southern state, taking note from Alabama’s reputation as a proud home for professional sports with a fleshed-out array of jerseys, snapbacks, and sideline attire.

The Palabama capsule comes in alternating colour schemes of black, white, and “berg” — hues spread over full mesh American football jerseys, polyknit tracksuits, and P-Frame 5-panel caps. Aside from the central “Palabama” banner, each piece is tied together by an elephant mascot and the same “Pro Division” tags that have blessed Palace’s eccentric spins on sporty fare since its inception.

Running adjacent to the elephant-adorned lineup, Palace tips its cap to a great totem of American identity, presenting its primary initial alongside the iconic bird of prey on the Palace Eagles collection of hoodies and caps.

A welcome break from the Americanisms comes in a new range of P3 crewneck sweatshirts updated with special “chain puff” prints, available in black, grey marl, navy, “stoney”, and “deep green”.

Palace continues its “USA exhibition” by refining the classic plaid flannel, resulting in three flavours of the Ghost Zip shirt, which tie into the hybrid varsity/workwear vibes present on the Plucker Jacket.

Playing with the brand-favourite varsity jacket pattern, Palace forgoes the collegiate angle in favour of outdoor-rooted imagery, placing a tree emblem on the front and a commemorative badge across the back, displaying the likeness of a game bird. Available in understated “black” and a duck camo-sleeved “olive,” the jackets are constructed from tough canvas, complete with corduroy collars, quilted linings, and ribbed cuffs and hems.

The latest release from Palace Skateboards’ Autumn 25 collection is available this Friday, September 5 at 11:00 am local time via the brand’s physical stores and website.

A release in Asia follows on Saturday, September 6.
