Four Supreme x Nike SB Air Darwin’s Set to Release this Week

Marking the pair’s third release of the SS24 season, Supreme x Nike are looking to continue their winning ways that began with the Air Max DN’s collaborative debut and ensuing apparel collection, now releasing a Nike SB Air Darwin that channels the hardy spirit of shoe’s OG mascot, updated under the guise of Nike SB to further the Darwin’s all-round wearability and comfort level.

The Air Darwin predates Nike’s SB division, first releasing in 1994 as an official basketball output made popular by Dennis Rodman, who was an apt advocate for an unorthodox performance model that took inspiration from the great outdoors.

Now getting a retro-release under the SB banner paired with colourway influence from Supreme, the Air Darwin has evolved with a sturdier sole unit, plush fleece lining and canvas uppers that are specifically tailored for skateboarding endeavours .

Besides the black pair that slyly featured in Supreme’s SS24 lookbook teaser, there are another three colourways set to release this week, including a clean white/ blue iteration that’s joined by camouflage and lime green makeups to complete the quartet of Supreme x Nike SB Air Darwins.

Each design features the same canvas uppers and inverted leather swoosh at the heel, with branding tags placed on the mid-section and tongue.

The Supreme x Nike SB Air Darwin will release alongside the rest of Supreme’s Week 12 droplist this Thursday, May 2nd.

A release in Japan follows on Saturday, May 4th.
