A Closer Look at Louis Vuitton's New NIGO "LV²" Collection

Having teased last year that "LV²" - the collaborative collection between Virgil Abloh at Louis Vuitton and streetwear OG Nigo - might be an ongoing partnership, the next edition of the collab is here.

The collection is another fun and playful take on the Louis Vuitton ready-to-wear style, featuring the LV monogram pattern "dripping" over accessories plus kitsch graphics including love hearts and the duck emblem that pops up in Nigo's menagerie of "Human Made" animals.

Virgil explained that he and Nigo looked beyond their streetwear roots for inspiration for the collab, keeping a sense of exploration while looking to British tailoring and a "Japanese precision" in their use of cuts and fabrics.

The NIGO x Virgil Abloh LV² collection is available to shop now online via Louis Vuitton and at select Louis Vuitton locations worldwide.
