Dropping this Week: Stüssy x Nike Air Penny 2

Appearing multiple times throughout last season’s lookbook, official details of Stüssy’s latest collaboration with Nike have surfaced, showcasing the Californian street brand’s viotech take on the Nike Air Penny 2. 

One of the more underrated Nike basketball models, the Air Penny 2 first saw daylight back in the late 90’s as a biproduct of Penny Hardaway’s signature run with Nike, and after a hiatus from mass rotation, Stüssy is looking to revive the sneaker once and for all. 

So far, two colourways of the silhouette have surfaced, the first being a triple black version, with the latest leak showing bright green spread over the topographical suede uppers, with a black winterised mudguard and carbon fibre heel panel. 

The Stüssy x Nike Air Penny 2 is available worldwide at select chapter stores and stussy.com on Friday, December 16th.
