A Snakeskin Supreme x Nike SB Blazer Mid Collaboration to Come Later This Year

New York-bred skatewear label Supreme has walked hand in hand with Nike since the early '00s. From its first-ever elephant print-covered SB Dunk Low to its most recent paisley take on the Zoom Air Flight 95, the duo single-handedly revolutionized the meaning of sneaker collaboration.

Holding its ground as a seasonal tradition, Supreme and Nike will join forces during the forthcoming Fall/Winter 2022 season on a series of quilted snakeskin Nike SB Blazer Mids. The reported launch will act as a follow-up to the modern-day classics released in 2006 that now fetch sturdy resell prices.

Revealed by @horhead_sales on Twitter, the collaborative pair previewed in a "black/gold" colorway is predicted to be one of three to release. The show-stopper sports a premium quilted black leather upper and is decorated with vibrant snakeskin Swooshes. Co-branded tongue tags appear with an added pop of gold, while Nike branding is cut out at the rears and adorned with matching hardware.

Finally, custom gilded aglets, dual-branded insoles and a collaborative "World Famous" hang tag complete the pair. The FW22 Blazer Mid is expected to arrive in special edition boxing to celebrate the union.
