adidas has quietly built out a full Pet Collection, and the football side of it is already live: club jerseys cut for dogs, sitting on adidas.com right now at $35 a piece.
On the US site, the club pet jerseys cover Manchester United, Real Madrid and Liverpool FC, each listed in three colorways and flagged as new. Matching Pet Collars for Real Madrid and Liverpool run $45. The Instagram post that surfaced the collection shows a wider club spread — Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Benfica and Club América alongside those three — which points to regional assortments rather than one global lineup, so check your local adidas site before assuming your club made the cut.
The rest of the collection is broader than football. There's a Pet Shoulder Bag Carrier at $120 under the Originals banner, Pet Cali Tees at $35 in four colorways, standalone Originals collars at $55, and a national-team lane with a Pet Jersey Nation Pack and a Pet Jersey 26 Argentina, both $35. Trionda mini balls round it out at $15.
Reporting from ESPN and Footy Headlines notes the pet kits mirror the 26-27 senior jerseys with dog-friendly proportions — wider collars and cuffs, three stripes on the sleeves, and the club crest moved to the back where you can actually see it on a walking dog.
At $35 it undercuts most adult replica shirts by a wide margin, which is either a bargain or a problem, depending on how many dogs you own.
