Aimé Leon Dore is once again collaborating with New Balance…

The ongoing East Coast linkups between the respective powerhouses is becoming a mainstay of sneaker culture - largely pushed by the great Teddy Santis, who holds positions at both brands, the ALD x NB shoes are undoubtedly the most “intelligent choices” a sneakerhead can make when shopping for a solid pair. 

It’s no secret that both entities have a love for yesteryear, often working a vintage aura into the presentation and production of every collaboration so far, resulting in former performance silhouettes that strike a chord with everyday collectors and brand faithfuls alike.

The latest once-forgotten New Balance shoe to be taken under the Santis wing is the 860v2, which in its latest outing has been elevated to accessibly luxe heights courtesy of Aimé Leon Dore through gold toe caps, rich hues of blue, red and green mesh, finished with tasteful branding over the three respective colourways.
