Andersson Bell Previews ASICS HN2-S PROTOBLAST Collaboration

Launching its partnership in 2021, Korean label Andersson Bell and ASICS crafted a hiking-inspired take on the GEL-1090 with a bit of Bell's unique flair. The two Asia-based entities now return for a second project, colliding for a trio pack of reimagined ASICS HN2-S PROTOBLASTs. Arriving in three colorways, the release carries on with its utilitarian feel, adorned with an intercrossed lacing system, hiking hooks and an upgraded construction.
Revealed through innovative campaign shots, the shoes are previewed digitally, showcasing their diverse capabilities channeled through outdoor settings. The pairs appear in a dual-toned build with vibrant laces and upgraded sole units, although official images have yet to be seen.
Three themes dominate the stylized shots, including a shoe as a shark-shaped pirate ship, a transformative futuristic city racer car and an aged discovery buried in a mountain landscape.
The Andersson Bell x ASICS HN2-S PROTOBLAST pack will be released globally on May 27th at 10am KST on m.anderssonbell.com and asics.com.
