BAPE x MLB Team Up on New Era 59Fifty Cap Collection

The world-leader in camouflage goods is teaming up with a fellow giant of industry in the Bathing Ape x Major League Baseball collaboration that pits various hues of BAPE’s proprietary ABC camo against classic headgear produced by New Era.

Working on the very same 59Fifty caps worn on-field by athletes across the United States, the abridged capsule focuses on three of the most prominent franchises in America’s favourite pastime - the L.A Angels, Chicago White Sox and of course, the New York Yankees.

Each team’s crest is beholden to two colours of ABC camo, with the Angels opting for red and green, where the Sox swap between grey and purple and the iconic New York Yankees badge is set against light green and dark navy camouflage backgrounds.

Contrast stitched New Era and MLB logos arrive in the usual places, alongside the iconic gold sizing sticker.

The BAPE x MLB New Era Cap collection will be available Saturday, March 9th via Bape Japan.
