Carhartt WIP x Converse One Star and Fastbreak Pro Release Details

Carhartt WIP and Converse are two brands that need no introduction. Neither have forgotten what brought them to the party - quality shoes and garments that will last you a lifetime. Considering each brand’s synonymy with Skate culture, their joint-venture into the world of Skate shoes is long overdue.

The release is a prime example of both brands’ DNA - a no-frills take on two silhouettes that are built to be tested. After all, we are entering the peak of the skate season and these cream coloured offerings are guaranteed to become hallmarks at local parks across the world.

Carhartt and Converse have gone with the One Star and Fastbreak Pro silhouettes - sharing the same colour palette, each design is built from the bottom up with a black midsole and gum panels and outsole, where the upper portion consists of sail leather and canvas fabrications, which will no doubt age like a fine wine after a few hardcore skate sessions.

The devil is always in the detail, with a Carhartt WIP logo embossed to the heel, and a co-branded ‘CONS’ logo atop the rough-suede tongue.

Both the One Star and Fastbreak Pro silhouettes will be available online and at Carhartt and Converse physical locations March 31st, with respective price tags of $100 and $110.
