Chicago Store Opening Box Logo Tee & More Surprises at Supreme This Week

In a packed week for Supreme, the brand prepare to launch a brand new Chicago store location as well as a collaboration with MLB on a selection of clothing accessories honouring some of the league's favourite teams.

With the opening of a new store comes the promise of some commemorative themed pieces to mark the occasion.

This week comes a set of store-exclusive new "Shop" crewneck sweatshirts bearing the address of each Supreme store alongside a small box logo, with the new Chicago location immortalised on a heather grey colour way.

A glimpse at the new store interior also teases a brand new celebratory box logo opening t-shirt, seen hanging ready for the official opening tomorrow.

The Chicago store box logo opening tee features a silver foiled design with the store address and "second to none" on the back.

It had long been rumoured that that the design could be the “MCA” box logo tee originally displayed as part of Virgil Abloh’s 2019 Figures of Speech exhibition at the Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA).

Meanwhile a full collection in collaboration with MLB is also set to launch with t-shirts and apparel honouring the New York Yankees, the Atlanta Braves, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Mets, Pittsburgh Pirates and San Francisco Giants.

Each piece is a piece of official Yankees merchandise produced exclusively for Supreme in collaboration with MLB, the official outfitter of professional baseball.

The Supreme x New York Yankees collection will release alongside the rest of the week's drop from this Thursday 10th November, Saturday 12th November for Japan.

The new Supreme Chicago store opens from Thursday 10th November. The silver box logo tee will be exclusively in-store only.
