Nike x Corteiz collaboration announcement 2024

UPDATE - 21/10/2024

Corteiz has now officially confirmed its second collaboration with Nike.

Taking advantage of the attention garnered from last week‘s excursion in clout chasing against Palace Skateboards, Corteiz flexed its advertising prowess over London’s skyline, where founder Clint had ordered a drone performance that culminated in a merging of the Nike-swoosh adorned Alcatraz logo - confirming earlier rumours that the duo would be reconnecting for the FW24 season.

Passers-by caught the act as it happened, although Clint has since confirmed the announcement via Instagram.

The presentation is a direct homage to Corteiz‘s initial Nike collaboration in 2023, when Clint posed outside Nike’s London flagship outpost as his Alcatraz branding lit up the storefront.

Previous reports indicate that Corteiz will again focus on Nike’s Air Max 95 silhouette, with one potential colourway already leaking. Read below for more details.

Corteiz’s next big-name collaboration with Nike is now set in stone, as images have surfaced showing the fourth Air Max 95 design to come from the partnership, this time opting for an even stealthier outlook than that of Corteiz’s initial, headline-grabbing trio from 2023.

Corteiz’s debut collaboration with Nike was a huge milestone for the brand.

Not only were the streetwear savvy crowds of London, New York and Paris treated to rambunctious physical drop-days, where founder Clint flexed his guerrilla-marketing muscles, but the wider streetwear community was put on notice that Corteiz is a serious player in the game and after ramping up production quality and celebrity endorsements, before dropping another major partnership with Supreme, Corteiz continues to rule the world, with yet another Nike collaboration looming large.

Quashing rumours that Corteiz would be tackling the Nike Air Trainer Hurache, official images have surfaced, showing a blacked out Air Max 95 design with bright yellow Corteiz branding and air bubbles.

Considering how each of the former editions were tied to a physical release at iconic cities around the globe, we can surely expect another extravaganza come drop day for the ‘black/ tour yellow’ Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95.

Expect the collaboration to release during the Fall/ Winter 2024 season with a retail price of £170 GBP/ $190 USD.
