Devin Booker Spearheads Nike’s Debut Chevrolet Collaboration

Using his platform as one of Nike’s most prized athletes of the modern era, Phoenix Suns shooter Devin Booker has revealed a three-way partnership with Nike and Chevrolet, where the basketball star writes a love letter to timeless American design with three shoes, each inspired by his favourite Chevy model.

Touted by Nike as “a trendsetter, a connoisseur, a hooper who pushes his sport to new heights of performance and style”, Devin Booker continues living up to his reputation off the court with each new edition of his signature model, the Nike Book 1 - which features in this latest project alongside two renditions of Nike’s Blazer Low.

Designed to match three of Booker’s personal Chevy Blazers, the collaboration centres around a “dark gold leaf” Book 1, accompanied by “team dark green” and “surf blue” Blazer Lows. All three feature Chevrolet branding notes on the tongues and insoles, plus special swing charms referencing the iconic American car manufacturer.

Echoing the design inspiration that has already propelled the Nike Book 1 into a future classic since surfacing in 2023, Nike and Booker’s exploration of American muscle aims to capture “an unsurpassed sense of fashion that draws inspiration from cars, workwear and contemporary Americana”.

Each of the three footwear offerings pair with Nike x Chevrolet T-shirts that depict Phoenix’s mountain range alongside the corresponding vehicle from Booker’s personal garage, finished with Chevrolet’s slogan “the heartbeat of America”.

The Nike Book 1 x Chevrolet “Dark Gold Leaf,” Nike Blazer Low x Chevrolet “Team Dark Green” and Nike x Chevrolet graphic T-shirts will be available April 22 via Nike SNKRS.

The Nike Blazer Low x Chevrolet “Surf Blue” will be available April 22 at select Nike retailers.
