UPDATE 27/02/2024:

On Monday, French luxury newcomer Jacquemus released its latest collaborative effort with Nike, centred around a trio of Swoosh-shaped side bags that sold out instantly, consequently causing Jacquemus’ website to crash due to the reported 600k thousand users attempting to cop the hyped satchels.

Alongside ”Le sacs Swoosh”, Jacquemus also dropped a selection of accompanying apparel that reinforces the contemporary athletic ethos first sparked in his maiden voyage with Nike back in 2022.

Besides elegant performance gear tailored specifically for women, Jacquemus x Nike also concocted a series of unisex sweatshirts, joggers and tees imbued with laser cut Swooshes in an all-over fashion, garnished with metallic mini-Swooshes and branding, which are now solidified as hallmarks of a Jacquemus x Nike collaboration.

Topping off the fresh delivery of neo-sporty goods, Jacquemus also dropped a new colourway of his signature J-Force 1, this time in a brown nubuck with a yellow midsole and sail outer hand-woven together via pecan-coloured lacework.

Limited stock of the latest Jacquemus x Nike collaboration is still available on Jacquemus’ website.

A wider release is set to take place March 5th on Nike SNKRS.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE 23/02/2024:

Simon Porte Jacquemus and his eponymous brand are not long into their partnership deal with Nike and already, we’ve been treated to various updates of classic footwear models and with a Nike Air Max 1 remodelling currently waiting in the wings, Jacquemus is releasing a small swoosh-centric drop to tide fans over ‘til another major project arrives.

Jacquemus is arguably best known for its bags, clearly understanding the importance of a recognisable insignia placed on quality leather satchels and over various designs, is a meaningful contributor to most mid-tier luxury bags out there today.

Mixing two of his greatest passions (sporty Nike gear and everyday accessories), Jacquemus is releasing three Swoosh-shaped shoulder bags branded with the designer’s ubiquitous lettering.

The “Small Swoosh Bags” are constructed from 100% cowhide and feature gold-toned hardware on the ivory and pink versions with the dark brown instead opting for silver on the buckle, zips and lettering.

The Jacquemus x Nike Small Swoosh Bags will be available Monday, February 26th on Jacquemus.com with a retail price of €420 (approx. $455 USD).
