G-Dragon Fuses Shoes with Sneakers on Wingtip PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Kwondo 1

Having teamed up with Nike previously on two distressed Air Force 1 "Para-Noise" styles, K-pop star G-Dragon is branching out in an innovative new direction for his next collab with a model all of his own - the upcoming "Nike Kwondo 1".

Teased on the star's Instagram, the shoe fuses smart menswear detailing with the comfort of a sneaker via a unique wingtip design at the toe.

Shown in an all white colourway, the shoe features contrasting black PEACEMINUSONE and Nike branding on the flipped tongue covers. The daisy motif used on the two previous AF1 styles also makes an appearance here, embrpidered onto the heels and moulded into the treads of the sole itself along side the PEACEMINUSONE emblem.

Nike have experimented with a wingtip shoe / sneaker hybrid in the past with a super-limited Nike x Cole Haan x Tom Sachs design however the shoe never saw general release and was only issued to employees.

The PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Kwondo 1 is expected to release from Wednesday 19th January priced at $180, likely from Nike and other select retailers.
