Gucci Release $43k USD Bejewelled Bear Bags

If you thought that Gucci was wrong for $800 adidas Gazelles then you better sit down, as the iconic luxury atelier has now revealed a set of eye-watering $43k USD, bejewelled bear bags and to call them “insane” would be the understatement of the year. 

Two versions are available of the “Teddy Bear-Shaped Shoulder Bag” - with the first featuring the interlocked ‘GG’ pattern across the bear’s torso with silver crystals all over, finished with a gold button nose and creepily realistic eyes. 

Although both versions are made from brass, the second, more colourful option has been tarnished with a multi-colour tone, which acts as a base for a rainbow of chevrons, this time with the ‘double G’ stamp on the feet, blue eyes and more multi-colouring on the ears. 

Both of Gucci‘s “Teddy Bear-Shaped Shoulder Bags” are currently only open for purchase in-store at Gucci boutiques. Both retail at £35,130 GBP (approx. £43k USD).
