JJJJound Launch New Balance 990v4 Tomorrow, Get the Info Here

Not long after a Vans Vault collaboration, design-moodboard-turned-cult-brand JJJJound prepare to drop their newest footwear project in the form of the New Balance JJJJound 990v4 Navy, officially releasing from tomorrow.
Based on an evolved form of the New Balance 990 style, released in the 80s as the brand tried to perfect the running shoe, the 990v4 preserves the iconic shape of the original with the addition of a redesigned sole unit and changes to the nubuck upper.
The pair stays true to JJJJound's favoured minimalist aesthetic with a low-contrast navy blue treatment, with the detailing coming from contrasting textures of nubuck, mesh and polished TPU details on the sole and heel.
Branding is kept suitably lowkey with the New Balance "N" gently picked out with reflective 3m material and a small JJJJound logo at the back of the heel.
The New Balance JJJJound 990v4 Navy is set to release from the JJJJound website from Thursday 14th October at 12pm EST (followed by select stockists at a later date) priced at $265.
