“Momma I Made It” - Travis Scott x Lamborghini Coming Soon?
Published: July 24, 2024

Taking a break from releasing the most sought after Nike collaborations or selling out shows on his current Circus Maximus Tour, Travis Scott could be turning his collaborative talents to the automobile world through a potential milestone partnership with Lamborghini.
Having dropped various Lamborghini references in tracks such as “Lose” or “HOUSTONFORNICATION”, where he confirms “it's still Lambo over Mercedes”, Travis Scott’s adoration for the Italian supercar brand is no secret and was most famously cemented when he donned a brown Batman costume when posing alongside a matching, custom Lamborghini Urus.
Considering the success of Travis’ first foray into the world of luxury collaborations when he linked up with Audemars Piguet late last year, a partnership with Lamborghini is not outside the realms of possibility, especially considering Lambo’s past involvement with Rhude, Yoji Yamamoto and Supreme, paired with the current climate of luxury car brands working with fashion entities, best exemplified through Aimé Leon Dore’s involvement with Porsche or the infamous Virgil Abloh x Maybach S680.
Earlier today, Travis Scott posted an Instagram story from the Lamborghini factory floor with the caption “Momma I made it” - adding fuel to the fire that was previously only stoked by insider rumours.
If past exploits are any indication, a potential one-off, or limited run of Travis Scott-designed Lamborghini vehicles would likely be supplemented by a release of branded merch.
Stay tuned for more information.
