Stüssy Rumoured to be Reconnecting with Martine Rose in 2023

Besides refining their own solo outputs, Stüssy has seemingly mastered the art of collaboration. Not only do the ongoing releases with Nike sell out regularly, but works with Our Legacy and Dries Van Noten display Stüssy’s standing within the wider fashion world - a sentiment that is now being carried over to the upcoming Stüssy x Martine Rose collaboration. 

Martine Rose should be familiar to most streetwear gremlins through last year’s controversial Nike Shox collab, however the London-based designer has worked in the industry for over 16 years and is heralded for the high-end spins on everday styles - drawing on her Jamaican roots and love for London’s music scene to produce an instantly recognisable aesthetic.

Stüssy last enlisted the work of Martine Rose in their 2020 artist series for a slew of World Tour tees.

The graphic heavy top is rumoured to be making a comeback in this year’s collaboration, seen here with a yellow and red Martine rose badge amidst the Stüssy world tour graphic - indicating there’s another insignia based capsule to look forward to.
