Little over one week has passed since Nike and Stüssy’s latest collaboration released to sell-out acclaim and already, leaks have emerged of three new LD-1000 colourways that are expected to drop alongside fresh versions of the popular Nike x Stüssy sweatsuit.
Following on from the “one calm, one crazy” motive started with Stüssy’s initial work on the LD-1000, leaked images show the archival runner receive three seperate makeovers, starting with the ”Particle Grey“ pair adorned with minty green detailing that’s joined by two iterations that go deep on the summery notes, with the orange “Sanded Gold” and electric “Pinksicle” pairs both boasting equally vibrant swooshes and tabs.
Leaks suggest that the unreleased LD-1000 colourways will drop alongside ecru Stüssy x Nike sweats, plus potential restocks of the apparel featured in the earlier release.
The sequel to Nike x Stüssy’s LD-1000 collaboration is slated to drop in early August.

Stüssy has officially revealed its latest collaborative project with Nike, delivering a vibrant reworking of a classic Swoosh silhouette, amongst a concise lineup of beach-appropriate apparel.
Stüssy and Nike collaborations are always divisive when first teased - largely down to their focus on unheralded silhouettes that only the savviest of Nike collectors are privy to. So far, we’ve seen models like the Air Max 2013, Vandal and Air Flight ‘89 bestowed with Stüssy’s often colourful outlook and the upcoming LD-1000 is no different.
Although various iterations of the simplistic LD-1000 have followed since the OG first released in 1977, the reintroduction of the waffle-soled running silhouette is timed perfectly to roll with the current climate of low-profile kicks ruling the trend reports.
We can see various tropes carried over from previous Stüssy x Nike collaborations, such as the woven swoosh and scribbled text on the tongue tag, drawn up in Shawn Stüssy’s signature swirly style.
In addition to the ”Action Green” iteration, Nike and Stüssy have also cooked up a ”Phantom” pair complete with a sky blue swoosh.
The clothing and accessories portion of the collaboration calls back to the early days of Stüssy, when it was focused entirely on the surf niche and as such, the tees and shorts use a UV-safe textile, where the jackets and caps favour airy linen - all cut to the relaxed, flowy cuts we’ve come to expect from the Californian tribe.
There’s also branded tote bags, sporty sunglasses, loose jersey tops, while the ever-popular Nike x Stüssy oversized sweats return in classic grey and black combinations.
The latest collaboration between Nike & Stüssy will be available this Friday, July 12th via Stüssy’s online and physical stores.
