Supreme Collab with Denim Innovators Marithé + François Girbaud, Releasing This Week

As part of their ongoing Spring Summer 2025 season, Supreme have teamed up with French fashion house and textile pioneers Marithé + François Girbaud on a capsule of clothing and accessories set to release this Thursday 3rd April.

Established in 1972 by designers Marithé Bachellerie and François Girbaud, the eponymous label has been at the forefront of denim innovation for over four decades. The duo is credited with pioneering techniques such as pre-washing denim to give a unique distressed effect and softer feel.

Their inventive spirit also led to the creation of the baggy jean in 1978, a style that gained widespread popularity and became a hallmark of their design ethos. In 1981, they introduced the revolutionary X-pocket construction, repositioning pockets lower on the body to craft a refined silhouette that departed from traditional American five-pocket jeans.

The upcoming collection encompasses a diverse range of pieces, including a Leather Flight Bomber Jacket, Denim Trucker Jacket, Down Puffer Vest, Hockey Jersey, Hooded Sweatshirt, Leather Cargo Pant, Baggy Jean, Sweatpant, Denim Short, Tee, Camp Cap, Beanie, Tote Bag, and Towel.

The Supreme x Marithé + François Girbaud collection will release alongside this week's Supreme drop, in stores and online from Thursday 3rd April, available in Asia from Saturday 5th April.
