The Basement x New Balance 2002R "Moss Green" is Finally Releasing

UK-based community The Basement is expanding its collaborative portfolio with New Balance, unveiling its second take on the 2002R. Arriving in a "Moss Green" colorway, the pair acts as a follow-up to the earthy iteration released in April. The collective has grown to hold over 400,000 diverse members of sneakerheads and streetwear lovers since its launch in 2017 and shows no signs of slowing down as it dives deeper into the world of kicks.
Previewed earlier this year, the shoes are built from a mixture of green and olive hues as waterproof suede sits beneath rubber trims, accompanied by black toe boxes and wavy heel panels. Select pieces are fashioned in reflective 3M, while bright white "N" insignia brings delightful contrast to the offering.
The pair is completed with "BSMNT" debossed tongues, while alternative branding also hits the heel counters, lace aglets and insoles.
