New Balance's development from dad shoe staple to global wardrobe essential seems unstoppable as it continues its expedition via timeless models and masterful craftsmanship. The New Balance 920 silhouette has become a crowd pleaser far and wide and now receives a loving makeover.
Acting as a "Love Letter to Flimby," the sneaker receives minimalistic alterations as it pays homage to the British coastal village where the footwear imprint produces thousands of sellouts each week.
Gray breathable mesh underlays are paired with bright leather panels that run along the toe boxes, lacing systems and heel counters. These are accompanied by dark pigskin suede trimmings, extenuating New Balance's recognizable aesthetic.
As for branding, New Balance chooses to go big or go home as tonal medial logos receive 3M detailing, 920 decorates the outer heels and NB logos adorn the tips and sterns. Tongue embroidery celebrates its English craftsmanship as the pair is complete with two-toned ENCAP sole units for increased durability when on the move.
