Seoul-based streetwear label thisisneverthat is stepping further into the technical outerwear space with WEATHER GEAR, a new line of down-filled and performance-minded pieces built for everyday wear.

The release shifts functional outerwear into an everyday context, combining practical weather protection with the brand’s relaxed streetwear sensibility. Built around comfort, utility and adaptable layering, WEATHER GEAR focuses on pieces suited to unpredictable conditions without losing its casual, street-ready edge.

The debut range includes Light Down and Mid Down styles, alongside jackets, vests, fleece layers and accessories made with performance materials including PERTEX® and POLARTEC®. Product names such as SKOGAR and VIK reference Skógar and Vík in southern Iceland, areas known for rugged landscapes and fast-changing weather.

The colour palette keeps things understated with black, slate grey, beige, brown and dusty pink, while lime green and lemon yellow accents cut through the neutral base. It is a familiar formula for thisisneverthat: practical, pared-back and quietly graphic, with enough technical detail to push beyond standard seasonal outerwear.

Designed to sit between city dressing and outdoor protection, WEATHER GEAR continues the brand’s move toward utilitarian layering while keeping its casual streetwear language intact.
