Official Images of the Travis Scott x Nike “Shark-a-Don”

It’s hard to keep up with the comings and goings of Travis Scott x Nike collaborations.

Every other week, we see the rap mega star step out in everything from previously unseen Jordan 1 colourways to entirely new silhouettes, although the latest unveiling is as official as it gets, as we are treated to a first genuine look at what will likely be the debut release of the Travis Scott x Nike “Shark-a-don“.

The shoe known as the Shark-a-Don first made waves in early January, when Travis gifted a pair of the unreleased kicks to one lucky fan at the Chicago leg of his Circus Maximus Tour. Despite bearing strong resemblance to another Travis special - the “Jumpman Jack”, official images of the Shark-a-Don confirm that it is more than a sample iteration and will likely release very soon.

Borrowing elements from Nike’s Spiridon and Shark silhouettes, the shoe appears here in a laid-back sail palette reminiscent of the early Travis Scott x Nike Air Force 1. The sole unit is directly transposed from the Spiridon with a heavy-treaded outsole kept as part of the functional design-quota present in most La Flame sneaker collabs.

With official product shots surfacing, it’s fair to assume that a release of the Travis Scott x Nike Shark-a-Don is imminent.
