Travis Scott Releases Merch Capsule from Audemars Piguet Collaboration

Travis Scott has just released the accompanying apparel collection from his latest, high-profile collaboration with Audemars Piguet.

Last week, the Utopia artist announced a surprise collaboration with high-horology watchmaker Audemars Piguet. The centrepiece of the collaboration was the chocolate brown ceramic Royal Oak Perpetual Calender “Cactus Jack” limited to 200 pieces.

While the watch may be out of reach for many Travis fans, La Flame has also conjured up a selection of tees, hoodies, caps, gloves and everyday accessories to celebrate the partnership.

The range is priced between $60 and $1,850 USD (for the leather jacket) and comes in unisex sizing. Browse highlights from the capsule above and shop the release on Travis Scott’s webstore.

Travis Scott has just revealed a surprise coalition with Audemars Piguet - the Swiss watchmaker best known for its Royal Oak timepiece and recent slew of collaborations that intersect with popular culture. 

Travis teased the partnership earlier this week, preceding an unveiling just moments ago of the special edition Royal Oak Perpetual Calender “Cactus Jack”. 

A longstanding supporter of Audemars Piguet, La Flame can often be seen wearing their watches while out and about, even sporting the $82k USD frosted gold Royal Oak in the video for his 2019 track “Highest in the Room”. 

Although not widely recognised on the same level as Pharrell or Ye when it comes to product design, Travis has a solid track record with his various Nike Air Jordan collaborations that spin minor details on classic models and for his latest guest work with AP, the same sentiment prevails. 

Limited to just 200 pieces, this issue of the Royal Oak is a first for both parties. An exclusive chocolate brown ceramic makes up the 41mm casing, with indices highlighted in luminous green and blue, which have also been redesigned to fit in with the hand-drawn aesthetic of Cactus Jack. More motifs from Travis’ record label feature on the moonphase and left subdial.

The watch is powered by Audemars Piguet’s in-house calibre 5135 automatic movement that tells the day, date, week, month and time of day down to the second. 

The movement can be seen in-part through the openworked dial and appreciated fully through the see-through sapphire caseback. Cactus Jack’s insignia features for a final time on the pink-gold weight that winds the watch, alongside AP’s own monolithic typeface. 

The watch is priced at 178,000 CHF (approx. $203k USD). 

For those with more sense than money, Travis Also announced a clothing capsule to commemorate the milestone partnership will be releasing December 1st. Expect hoodies, tees and monogram trousers that infuse the Audemars Piguet branding with Cactus Jack’s signature abstract art style. 

The merch capsule drops this Friday on Travis Scott’s e-shop with prices ranging from $125 to $500 USD.
