Omega has added a new Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional to its permanent catalog with no press release, no announcement — just a new listing. Ref. 310.60.42.50.10.002 is a 42mm case in full 18K Moonshine gold with a green PVD sunburst dial that watch specialists have dubbed “Masters Green.”
The update to the earlier 310.60.42.50.10.001 comes down to one detail: the three subdials, previously finished in the same green as the dial, are now Moonshine gold with an “azurage” pattern Omega says is inspired by the radial texture of golf spikes. The bezel keeps its green Ceragold ceramic tachymeter scale, and the manual-wind Cal. 3861 — Co-Axial escapement, METAS Master Chronometer certified, 50-hour reserve — remains visible through a sapphire caseback.
The green-and-gold Speedy has become Omega's go-to for promoting its golf roster, most recently shared on Instagram to mark ambassador Wyndham Clark's U.S. Open win. With Rory McIlroy — an Omega ambassador and back-to-back Masters champion — still the brand's headline golf name, the dial color and timing read as more than coincidence, even without an official word from Omega tying the two together.
Price is $51,600, up from the $50,900 predecessor, with the difference chalked up to the added gold in the new subdials. It's available now direct from Omega.
