Supreme's Second Seoul Store Opens Saturday in Seongsu — and the Opening Tee Has Already Leaked

Supreme confirmed on its own news page this morning that it opens its newest store in Seoul on Saturday, September 12th. The address is 22 Seongsui-ro 7-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul 04781, trading 11 to 8 Monday through Sunday, with a listed line of +82-02-2088-4846. That is the entire announcement — address, hours, phone number, and nothing else.

This is Supreme's second Korean door, not its first. The brand's own store directory still lists a single Seoul location, at 648 Sinsa-dong in Gangnam-gu, and Seongsu has not been added to it yet. Once it is, the global count moves to 19, with nine of those in Asia — six in Japan, one in Shanghai, and now two in Seoul.

The neighbourhood is the interesting part. Gangnam is the address you take when you want to be next to the luxury houses; Seongsu-dong, across the river in Seongdong-gu, is the converted-warehouse district that has pulled in most of Seoul's independent retail over the last few years. Opening there rather than taking a second Gangnam lease is a choice about which room Supreme wants to be in.

Then there is the tee. @supreme_leaks_news posted a look at a Seoul store opening box logo tee on Thursday, and it drew 14,000 likes inside a day. Supreme has not acknowledged it. We checked the full US webstore catalogue at 10:10am NYC this morning — 211 listings — and "Seoul" returns zero hits, which is exactly what you would expect: Supreme has always handled store-opening tees as in-store product at the new location on opening day, never as an online release.

So there is no shop link on this one, and there will not be a verified price until somebody is through the door on Saturday. Treat the graphic as a leak until then. We will update this when Supreme publishes anything more than an address.
